Developing offshore wind farms is a multifaceted process that comprises several components and stages. The development stages encompass site selection, feasibility studies, surveys, design and engineering, regulatory compliance, financing, procurement, construction, and commissioning, culminating in the handover to operation and maintenance, as depicted in the following mind map.
The following chart illustrates the typical cost range for the various components and processes involved in the development of offshore wind farms. It is crucial to note that the cost ranges are approximate and may fluctuate based on specific projects and local conditions. As turbine capacity increases, the number of turbines required for a given project decreases, leading to reduced development costs and operational and maintenance expenses.
Việc phát triển dự án điện gió ngoài khơi là quá trình phức tạp bao gồm nhiều thành phần và giai đoạn.
